Our Goal
We aim to provide the Middle East and North Africa regions’ engineering and construction industry with a diligent and expeditious BIM service that encapsulates the latest in building technology information deliverables. Having assembled an experienced and highly talented team of Engineers operating the most up to date BIM technology software, B/L underwent a rigorous beta testing period since establishment, the team is now prepared to entertain external project requests and enquiries. In the coming years we anticipate exponential growth in this sector of the industry and as such B/L has projected growth milestonetargets for the expansion of both staff and services. Online Services, available now to our clientele, are part of our endeavor to create a streamlined interactive digital platform that reduces the need for direct interaction and optimizes the technology available to the benefit of time management on any given project. Currently these services include Clash Detection reporting, B.O.Q preparation, video Walk Through’s and Software Development based on Revit software.

Our Mission
Communication is the key to project success, having close and consistent lines open, with file sharing space allocated to each client on our servers, to view, comment and amend in real time with our dedicated engineering team further ensures the veracity and punctuality of our product.
